Chef Maddox, a graduate of Kendall College in Evanston, is the Chef de Cuisine and Owner of Le Titi de Paris, a renowned dining establishment, called one of the finest restaurants in the Chicago area.
"When it comes to fine dining, North Shore Style, there's little to top Le Titi De Paris. The name means "The Paris Rascal", but the restaurant is more sedate than playful. Its success is due to the efforts of Michael Maddox, the Remarkable Chef."

Chef Maddox's professional experience also includes The Bonaventure Resort and Spa (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) and La Boheme (Winnetka, IL). He has worked under of the tutelage of Jacques Torres of Le Cirque (New York, NY). In addition, Michael has worked in the kitchens of Jean Bardet Restaurant in Tours, France and the (Michelin) Restaurant Michel Rostang in Paris. Chef Maddox has received specialty training in desserts including chocolate showpieces, petit fours, candies, ice creams, and sorbets.
