Demonstration Cooking Class
"Aphrodisiacs"
Come in and watch Michael or Susan Maddox demonstrate how to prepare their favorite dishes! The class includes a 2 hour demonstration with recipes so you can follow along with the Chef. You will be offered tastings during the class so you can create the dish again at home for your family.
The class is followed by a 3 course lunch with wine pairings.

Cooking with Kids
"Chocolate Desserts: Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Crepes, Chocolate Flourless Cake, Chocolate Profiteroles with Raspberry Mousse"
Send your child(ren) in to spend time in the kitchen with Susan Maddox and the Le Titi De Paris staff learning how to prepare great meals & dishes for your friends and family! The class is divided into groups of 5 children per group. Each group makes all the recipes that are featured that day. Each group rotates to a new station every half hour working with a different chef to complete the recipes. The lesson includes a 2 hour hands-on class in the kitchen followed by a three course lunch. Apron and recipes are provided for each student
$45 per child, for children 8 & older. |
