Come in and watch Michael or Susan Maddox demonstrate how to prepare their favorite dishes! The class includes a 2 hour cooking demonstration with recipes so you can follow along with the Chef. You will be offered tastings during the class so you can create the dish again at home for your family. The class is followed by a 3 course lunch with wine pairings.
